Scope and deliverables

A campaign system, not just one file.

Every project is scoped around the media plan. A hero film can be developed alongside shorter cutdowns, vertical versions, supers, captions and product or brand end frames.

  1. 01

Creative concept, treatment and visual direction

  2. 02

An agreed hero film length, such as 15, 30 or 60 seconds

  3. 03

Planned cutdowns and aspect ratios for selected channels

  4. 04

Edit, sound, supers, captions and final master preparation

Before you brief us

Commercial production questions.

Can an AI-produced commercial run on television?+

It can when broadcaster specifications, legal clearances and delivery requirements are defined at the start. We scope the master around the agreed specification; final technical acceptance remains with the broadcaster or platform.

Can you work with product photography or existing footage?+

Yes. A project can be fully AI-native or combine approved product images, brand assets and client-supplied footage. The treatment and test phase determine the right production approach.

How are commercial rights and likeness handled?+

Usage, source assets, music, voices and any recognisable likeness are discussed before production. The agreement records the intended channels and territory, and supplied assets must be cleared by their owner.

What determines the budget?+

Running time, the number and complexity of shots, character or product continuity, sound, usage and delivery formats all affect scope. Share your budget if you have one; we can discuss priorities before preparing an estimate.

How is the production schedule agreed?+

We work back from your release date, allowing for visual tests, production, editing and your feedback. The proposal sets out the schedule and approval stages before work starts.

How do revisions work?+

The proposal defines the review stages and included revisions. Feedback is collected at each agreed stage; changes to an approved concept or additional deliverables are discussed and quoted before proceeding.

What should I include in a brief?+

Send the track, script or product link, your audience and objective, references, intended channels and release date. Mention any required logos, supplied footage, music or likeness permissions. An early idea is enough to start the conversation.
